Covered verandas harmoniously connect the accommodations while maintaining separate entrances.

From these trees comes an oil that speaks of the land from which it comes: the full sun, the wind blowing down from the mountains, the silence of the countryside.
The harvest still follows the right times, without forcing. The olives become an authentic oil, DOP-Valli Trapanesi, produced from the Cerasuola, Nocella del Belice, and Biancolilla cultivars. Exported to Italy and abroad, it brings with it a fragment of this distant place, offering a clear, essential flavor that speaks of Sicily without needing explanation.
Tastings are organized throughout the year, simple and thoughtful moments in which the oil is tasted here, where it is born. Among the olive trees, or in the shade of the verandas, the story passes from the landscape to the palate.
